Join a team where your engineering skills drive real impact in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and optimize workflows. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols in all manufacturing activities. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions. Support new product introductions by creating and updating manufacturing documentation. Provide technical guidance and training to production staff as needed. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Contribute to cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and performance.The Successful Applicant7+ years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment. Develop and optimize CNC programs to enhance production efficiency and quality. Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machinery (Swiss/Lathes). Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications are met. Ability to generate drawings with CAD software, Solidworks is a plus. Driven attitude for problem solving and continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and costs. Provide technical support and training to machine operators as needed. Conduct troubleshooting and resolve any machining or programming issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and machine programs.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $100000 to $120,000 USD annually. 4 weeks of PTO.
