Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.ResponsibilitiesImprove the performance of various Metal Fabrication Processes through the use of Engineering Tools and an Engineering mindsetProvide engineering support to enhance safety, quality, and productivityWork cross-functionally to identify problems and recommend solutionsManage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentDistill large volumes of data into actionable business strategiesSupport business strategy and help identify key projects for the groupQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is requiredAdvanced engineering Degree or MBA is a plus3+ years of work experience in a Manufacturing environment is required5+ years of work experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferredExperience improving CNC Machining, Laser Cutting, and / or Robotic Welding operationsExperience purchasing capital equipment and supporting production start-upExperience with automation of material handling processesKnowledge of quality systems and process controlsData-driven and analytical, with the ability to find solutions through data analysis and attention to detailMust have a hands‑on mentality and the ability to work effectively with production team members#J-18808-Ljbffr
