Motion Dynamics Corporation manufactures to the highest standards, in a new world classfacility, from short lead time prototypes to large quantity production for the medical, electronics,automotive, aerospace and military industries. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated and capable of working wellwith the manufacturing team to provide a high level of operations support and strong problem-solving capabilities. This position requires the following:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree Proven track record of statistical problem solving Tool design experience with CAD Ability to recognize problems and/or inefficiencies through observation Ability to use statistical analysis software Understanding of quality control and practical application of SPC Experience with measurement tools and gage R&R techniques Lean manufacturing experience including 5S methodology Ability to work with others collaboratively and provide a high level of support to all team members Ability to provide leadership and mentoring Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Gantt project management software Provide clear and concise report summaries for qualifications, test studies, etc. High level of mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot processes and equipment Provide hands on support and analysis by studying processes and working closely with manufacturing associates
