Description
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and waste reduction
- Improve machine performance, throughput, setup/changeover time, tool life, and process reliability
- Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to solve critical manufacturing issues
- Manage multiple projects from concept through execution, partnering with production, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
- Support automation and process enhancement efforts across multiple manufacturing sites
- Promote a strong safety culture and help ensure compliance with plant safety standards
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
- Experience with CNC machining, process optimization, quality systems, and time studies
- Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, controls, gauging, and mechanical/electrical systems
- Proficiency with CAD, manufacturing simulation tools, and ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable in a hands-on plant environment with occasional travel to a second facility
Job Offer
- Base salary $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience level
- Annual bonus incentive based on personal & company performance - 5-10%
