Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer with a strong background in aerospace machining and process development. This role will support CNC machining operations, tooling & fixture design, process routing, BOM creation, and shop-floor manufacturing support for flight-critical aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain process routers and BOMs in ERP
• Develop work instructions and manufacturing process documentation
• CNC machining support (3, 4, and 5-axis milling and lathe operations)
• Tooling and fixture design for milled aerospace parts
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and NPI activities
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues on the shop floor
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and cycle time optimization
• Ensure compliance with customer drawings, GD&T, and aerospace standards

Requirements:

• Predominant experience in aerospace manufacturing
• Experience with flight-critical machined components
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling/lathe and 3/4/5-axis machining
• Experience with process routing, BOMs, GD&T, FAI, PFMEA, Control Plans
• Tooling & fixture design experience
• Stable work history in aerospace machining environment

Work Environment:

• 75% office / 25% shop floor
• Minimal travel
