On-site requirement: Work full-time on site at our Piqua, OH corporate office—embedded with the teams you’ll influence most: Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and key suppliers.
Your impact
- Own and continually elevate the Quality Management System to meet regulatory, customer, and audit expectations.
- Stand up and sustain quality core tools: Process Flows, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and MSA.
- Lead end-to-end CAPA—from containment to verification of effectiveness—on schedule.
- Coordinate ISO efforts: certification planning, audit execution, findings resolution, and compliance maintenance.
- Oversee PPAP submissions and FAI to validate parts and processes.
- Develop robust inspection and test methods with clear acceptance criteria.
- Run disciplined root cause investigations; lock in corrective actions that last.
- Advance supplier quality performance through data, feedback, and partnership.
- Turn metrics into action—analyze trends and target high-impact improvements.
- Team with Engineering and Operations to lift capability and reduce variation.
- Visit customers and suppliers as business needs dictate.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Qualifications that set you up to win
Required
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 2–3+ years in a manufacturing or quality role.
- Proven root cause and problem-solving capability.
- Fluency in drawings/specifications and GD&T.
- Evidence of data-driven improvement.
- Strong communication—written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred
- Experience in machining, assembly, or industrial manufacturing.
- ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 familiarity.
- Hands-on with PPAP, FAI, CAPA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA.
- Lean/Continuous Improvement experience.
- Supplier Quality background.
- Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytics/reporting tools.
