    Description

    Shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm (Hours may shift depending on need) 100% Onsite
    The Senior Manufacturing Scientist provides technical support and serves as the technical subject matter expert to support Manufacturing Operations. This role will report to the Manager of Manufacturing Sciences within the Manufacturing Technical Operations team. The Senior Manufacturing Scientist will be responsible for day-to-day line support, investigating/documenting/performing technical evaluations of non-conforming products within the quality system, improve and maintain manufacturing processes of products built, and will be the lead in processing changes and improvements within a cross functional team. The incumbent must have strong scientific, chemistry knowledge, and possess the ability to investigate quality and technical related issues identifying the root cause and working with stakeholders to implement countermeasures within the quality system. This is a fully on-site role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week present during hours of operation.

    Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor's degree in chemistry with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 3+ years of experience. Bonus if a background in formulation chemistry. • Experience with large-scale chemical formulation environment or analytical chemistry environment is preferred. • Must have strong technical writing skills, superb problem-solving abilities, strong time-management skills, customer-centric, and data-driven. • Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
