Each day as a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you set the tone with clear goals, upbeat energy, and a plan anchored to the plant manager's schedule; you walk the floor to supervise leads and crew, watching throughput and jumping in to remove roadblocks; you keep a close eye on inventory, ensuring materials are ready before they're needed, and you confirm paperwork is complete and correct so the day ends buttoned up; by 4:30 pm, the work is done, the team feels supported, and you're set for a 3‑day weekend.
