Haley Marketing is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll work across the entire outbound funnel, from ICP development and prospect data to campaign creation, automation, deliverability, response management and ongoing optimization. You will:
- Own outbound marketing automation for 15+ clients
- Help staffing and recruiting companies identify the right prospects
- Build and segment target audiences
- Develop campaign strategies and messaging
- Configure automated outreach
- Optimize campaigns to generate qualified conversations.
As a leader on our automation team, you’ll also have the opportunity to:
- Manage automation service direction and decide how the team responds when a platform or deliverability landscape shifts.
- Set the strategy and quality standards for how automation gets delivered across every account.
- Train and develop other automation specialists.
- Serve as the go-to expert on tools like Lemlist and Apollo.io.
- Work directly with our leadership to help shape the future of our automation services—including RogIQ, our own AI marketing platform.
