Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data, and Product teams to align marketing strategy and customer experience objectives with business capabilities, processes, platforms, and delivery priorities.
• Develop and maintain business capability models, value streams, process frameworks, information flows, and roadmaps supporting marketing operations and digital experiences.
• Provide business architecture guidance for marketing technology platforms, including CMS, CRM, analytics, personalization, campaign management, and AI enabled solutions.
• Manage multiple initiatives, identifying dependencies and process improvements; communicate recommendations to stakeholders across business and technology units.
• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams in modern cloud environments, including AWS, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support technology initiatives supporting digital transformation in a highly regulated, financial services environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business architecture, marketing technology, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience developing business capability models, value streams, process models, information flows, and business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with business process analysis and optimization in marketing operations, campaign execution, content workflows, or digital customer experiences.
• Solid understanding of MarTech and digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, analytics, personalization, campaign management, and AI solutions.
• Experience translating marketing strategy and customer experience objectives into actionable business architecture models and roadmaps.
• Experience with ARIS or other enterprise process repository/modeling platform preferred.
• Proven ability to work across Marketing, Digital, Data, Product, Engineering, and Technology teams in large enterprise environments.
• Supporting technology initiatives in cloud-based environments; AWS exposure is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product-based delivery, with experience collaborating with product owners and delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially across teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of translating complex concepts into executive-level recommendations.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
