Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex analytics and reporting projects.
- Deliver accurate, accessible, repeatable business reporting and insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Apply broad knowledge of business and data landscape, standardized reporting, experimentation, and analysis.
- Support performance discussions across multiple channels.
- Help the business use data and insights to improve event-management efforts and campaign efficacy.
- Provide rhythm-of-business analytics support, actionable insights, and recommendations.
- Optimize and scale flagship events and marketing programs.
- Use customer/stakeholder-focused analysis and UX best practices so insights are easy to consume.
- Communicate through visualization, presentation, and storytelling.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Senior marketing analytics / data analyst experience.
- Strong reporting, experimentation, channel-performance analysis, and insight generation.
- Ability to communicate data through dashboards, presentations, and storytelling.
