About this position
What you´ll do
Trade Marketing & Distributor Management:•Work closely with distributor partners to plan and execute monthly trade spending promotions by channel, ensuring in-store excellence and timely deployment of POSM and merchandising.•Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing planning (ATL/BTL) campaigns with distributors, tracking deliverables, budgets, and ROI, while conducting field visits to monitor execution quality.
Budget, Analytics & Performance Tracking:•Support monthly tracking of trade spending and marketing planning budgets; consolidate sell-in/sell-out/inventory data to provide insights for demand planning (FCT) and order forecasts.•Monitor promotion and campaign performance with ROI analysis, track brand/consumer/retailer feedback, and deliver actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
NPD & GTM Support:•Support go-to-market execution for new product launches (NPD) in the consumer channel, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery across retail touchpoints.•Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain) and external partners to align launch timelines and inventory readiness.
Cross-functional Collaboration:•Partner with the Professional Business team to ensure brand consistency across channels.•Track competitors' activities in the retail space and consolidate findings for strategic planning.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 3-5 years of FMCG retail marketing experience.
Proven distributor or trade marketing management experience is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills with data driven mindset; hands-on ATL/BTL campaign execution with ROI tracking.
Proactive, fast learner with a can-do attitude; project management skills
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
