JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Manager provides advanced marketing leadership and execution for a portfolio of assigned hotels within Lodging Dynamics. This role also serves as the primary marketing lead for onboarding, launching, and integrating new hotels added to the Company's portfolio. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), website, and online travel agency (OTA), content management digital paid media campaigns, marketing analysis, and presentation decks, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, directing agency and vendor partners, and ensuring marketing efforts drive revenue, market share, and guest engagement. This role collaborates closely with Revenue Management, Operations, ownership groups, and property-level teams to ensure brand consistency and strong commercial performance.
Primary duties consist of performing office or non-manual work directly related to management or general business operations. Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
