    Description

    Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and elevate the visibility of a premier luxury residential brand across New England and New York. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing leader who excels at blending brand strategy, relationship building, event planning, and compelling storytelling. The ideal candidate is a creative, highly organized professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences that strengthen partnerships and enhance brand recognition.Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, including planning initiatives and managing the marketing budget.Enhance brand awareness and market presence through consistent messaging and innovative marketing campaigns.Supervise the Assistant Marketing Manager while directing the work of external vendors, consultants, photographers, and creative partners.Design and coordinate networking events, educational programs, project tours, client gatherings, and other industry experiences throughout New England.Manage programming for gallery and exhibit space events that foster meaningful connections with clients and industry professionals.Represent the organization at select industry events while supporting executive leadership in business development and relationship‑building efforts.Oversee website content, project portfolios, social media initiatives, and digital marketing strategies to strengthen online engagement.Coordinate photography, videography, and storytelling efforts that showcase completed projects and brand expertise.Create and manage email campaigns, thought leadership content, and other digital communications.Produce high‑quality marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, brochures, lookbooks, and project materials.Maintain marketing assets, photography libraries, executive presentation materials, and branded collateral.Coordinate branded materials such as site signage, vehicle graphics, holiday communications, and client appreciation gifts.Manage and maintain CRM while supporting executive relationship management activities.Monitor marketing performance, oversee budgets, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.Requirements 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience.Proven leadership experience managing marketing professionals and external creative partners.Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience planning and executing events, client experiences, and relationship-focused marketing initiatives.Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, content development, and marketing communications.Comfortable interacting with senior executives, industry leaders, and high-net-worth clientele, including occasional evening events.Passion for luxury brands, architecture, interior design, hospitality, real estate development, or related industries.Willingness to travel regularly between offices throughout Greater Boston and the New York metro area.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
