Advantagy is hiring a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, brand direction, and day-to-day execution needed to turn client content, demos, events, and community goodwill into a compounding pipeline. This is a hybrid strategy and execution role. The right person can set direction across channels, write and ship real work every week, and collaborate with an embedded bench of specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall marketing strategy and understand how to maximize individual channels such as paid, organic/SEO, content, events, webinars, and email.Build and prioritize the 2026 event calendar for tradeshows and industry events.Shape the client brand voice, design, and technology.Translate strategy into clear execution briefs for the embedded SEO/content strategist, web developer, paid media specialist, and other Advantagy resources.Personally write, edit, and publish content across the blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, and larger authority pieces such as quarterly or annual industry reports.Turn raw Riverside recordings, webinar clips, demo footage, and founder/customer inputs into finished video and social assets, including a populated YouTube channel. Can be done in collaboration with a video editor if briefs are created.Plan and run webinars or office hours personally or alongside leadership team, including topic selection, promotion, logistics, and follow-up.Work directly with the web, content, and design specialists in live working sessions to launch site updates, asset changes, technical SEO improvements, and GEO updates.Coordinate with sales on lead handoff, demo follow-up, G2/review outreach, and sales enablement so qualified interest does not go cold.Plan and work upcoming trade shows with leadership team, including booth presence, swag, sponsor parties, follow-up plans, and post-event reporting.Qualifications5+ years of hands‑on B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a track record of personally writing, shipping, launching, and improving campaigns.Strong writing and storytelling ability, especially the ability to turn a founder's expertise into clear, useful, credible marketing assets.Working knowledge of HubSpot, funnel reporting, attribution basics, and channel performance analysis.High ownership, low ego, and the ability to move quickly without needing every piece of work double‑checked.Highly organized with strong proactive communication and project management skillsEnglish proficiency (written and verbal) C1 or higherNice to HaveExperience in accounting, bookkeeping, fintech, or vertical SaaS serving small business owners.Comfort on camera or experience directing on‑camera content, even if you are not the primary on‑camera talent.Experience planning, staffing, and measuring trade shows or field marketing programs.Application RequirementsA video where you talk about your most relevant hands‑on B2B SaaS marketing experience and results.Examples of work you personally wrote, launched, edited, managed, or improved, such as content, campaigns, webinars, event programs, video clips, website pages, or reporting dashboards.Please submit everything, including your resume, to epak@advntgy.com .
