Primary Responsibilities:Lead execution of complex B2B marketing initiatives and client communications, managing work from intake through delivery with limited day‑to‑day oversight.Coordinate recurring marketing deliverables and ongoing communications aligned to established business rhythms, partner expectations, and external review processes.Apply strong understanding of Optum Rx products and programs to ensure messaging accuracy and relevance across all client‑facing materials.Sales, Growth & Pipeline EnablementIndependently manage development and customization of high‑stakes sales presentations, executive summaries, and finalist materials in support of active opportunities.Partner closely with Sales and Growth leaders to interpret opportunity needs and translate them into effective marketing support.Support demand generation and prospecting initiatives, ensuring marketing execution aligns to targeting strategies and follow‑up requirements.Product, Content & Digital Marketing LeadershipServe as a primary execution lead for custom product marketing updates, program changes, and positioning materials used across sales, renewals, and prospecting.Own updates and enhancements to partner‑specific digital content, including microsites or landing pages, ensuring content remains current and aligned to business priorities.Translate complex, technical, or clinical concepts into clear, compelling client‑ready messaging and presentations.Cross‑Functional Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a central point of coordination across marketing, sales, product, client management, clinical, creative teams, and external partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and timing conflicts, and partner with marketing leadership to resolve issues.Manage multiple brands, co‑branding requirements, and client‑specific variations with limited direction.Projects, Events & Continuous ImprovementLead marketing execution for events, webinars, campaigns, and special initiatives, including planning, content development, coordination, and post‑initiative follow‑up.Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, or workflows to increase efficiency and consistency within the marketing team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or client‑facing marketing roles3+ years of demonstrated experience leading execution of complex marketing initiativesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint3+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder inputs simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) marketing experienceExperience supporting enterprise or strategic partner relationshipsStrong PowerPoint storytelling, formatting, and presentation design skillsExperience supporting demand generation, prospecting campaigns, or large‑scale sales effortsExperience working in Marketo and WorkfrontBenefitsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full‑time employment.
