In this highly visible leadership role, you'll oversee Retail Marketing, Events, and RSVP Dinner programs while managing and developing a team of Brand Ambassadors responsible for generating qualified leads and growing our business.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and performance of field marketing initiatives throughout Central Pennsylvania.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing Brand Ambassadors across the territory
• Managing retail marketing, event marketing, and RSVP Dinner programs
• Driving lead generation performance and marketing production goals
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training top talent
• Monitoring key performance metrics including appointments, leads, conversion rates, and ROI
• Providing field coaching to improve customer engagement and appointment-setting performance
• Ensuring events, retail locations, and marketing programs are properly staffed and executed
• Building relationships with retail partners, event organizers, and community organizations
• Partnering with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies
• Creating a culture of accountability, recognition, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated leader with experience managing field teams and driving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, events, or related industries
• Experience leading field marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, canvassing, or promotional teams
• Proven success coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to organize multiple projects, locations, and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Central Pennsylvania
• Availability to support evening and weekend events when needed
