    Job Description

It started with a simple idea: what if surgery could be less invasive and recovery less painful? Nearly 30 years later, that question still fuels everything we do at Intuitive. As a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, our technologies-like the da Vinci surgical system and Ion-have transformed how care is delivered for millions of patients worldwide.

We're a team of engineers, clinicians, and innovators united by one purpose: to make surgery smarter, safer, and more human. Every day, our work helps care teams perform with greater precision and patients recover faster, improving outcomes around the world.

The problems we solve demand creativity, rigor, and collaboration. The work is challenging, but deeply meaningful-because every improvement we make has the potential to change a life.

If you're ready to contribute to something bigger than yourself and help transform the future of healthcare, you'll find your purpose here.

    Primary Function of Position

adoption, and appropriate use of imaging agents across surgical specialties and

    geographies.

This role will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Medical Affairs, Market

Access, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing strategies are

aligned with clinical value, formulary dynamics, and launch readiness. The position is

instrumental in supporting product launches, lifecycle management, and sustained

    growth of fluorescence-enabled surgical solutions.

    Essential Job Duties

resonate with surgeons, pharmacists, hospital decision-makers, administrators

    and patients.

Translate clinical, safety, and economic evidence into clear, compliant

messaging that supports adoption and appropriate use.

Partner with regional commercial teams to adapt global strategies into locally

    relevant execution plans.

    Messaging, Content, and Campaign Development

Develop customer-centric messaging frameworks that articulate the clinical value

of fluorescence imaging agents within surgical workflows.

Lead the creation of global marketing content and commercial assets, including

core messaging, visual aids, digital content, training materials, and launch

    toolkits.

Ensure all materials align with regulatory, legal, and medical requirements for

    pharmaceutical promotion.

Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, educational, and

    congress channels.

    Evidence Generation and Product Positioning

Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, and Market Access teams to inform

evidence generation strategies that strengthen product positioning and support

    formulary adoption.

Translate clinical trial data, real-world evidence, and health economic insights

into marketing claims and proof points.

Monitor the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and evolving

standards of care to maintain differentiation and relevance.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration and Launch Excellence

Work closely with Product Management to align marketing strategies with

    product roadmaps and future innovation.

Collaborate with Market Access and P&T engagement teams to ensure

marketing narratives support formulary review and hospital adoption.

Support launch planning and readiness activities, including internal training, sales

    enablement, and performance tracking.

Provide structured customer and field insights back to internal teams to inform

    strategy and execution.

    Required Skills and Experience

marketing, product marketing, or related roles.

Demonstrated experience marketing hospital-administered drugs, specialty
