What will I be doing?
Responsible forplanning and executing all marketing strategies Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. Responsibilities include championingthe brandpositioning,annual strategic planning,and overseeingthesocialmediastrategyandperformance planning.Success measures include increasing topline revenue and achieving channel/market share objectives.
As aSenior Marketing Manager,this positionrequiresregular interaction withthehotel'sGeneral Manager,Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of Finance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Branding & Positioning:Establishesthe hotelpositioningandcontent / messaging strategybased on thehotel'sbusinessand customermixas well as brand pillars.
- On-Property Experiences:Works alongside operations toideate and market curatedon-property experiences and activations.
- B2B Sales & Catering Marketing Support:Collaborates with sales leadersto provide marketing support to all sales-impacted market segments.
- Market Research:Conducts market-level research, such as SWOT analysis, competitive set studies, andpaid marketing surveysto test current and/ornew service levels andmarketingconcepts.
- Content/AssetDevelopment &Strategy:Manages the strategic direction, execution and regular auditsof marketing-specific assets, collateral,and digital content,including:website, 3rdpartysites,social media, digital &traditionaladvertising,photo/video shoots.
- DigitalMarketing& Media:Createand executealldigital mediastrategies,including email campaigns, inalignmentwith marketing calendarplanning.
- Public Relations and Social Media Management:Supports inthe development and execution of PR & social media strategies including influencer and media relations.
- Agency Management: Responsiblefor the agency vetting process,relationship/management, and ensuring agency alignment to the wider strategic plan and goals.
- Campaign Strategy &Optimization:Utilizereporting anddatawhenmakingstrategic decisions focused onoptimizingperformance.
- Partnerships:Management and execution oflocalpartnershipsforactivation/sponsorship opportunitiesthat alignwiththe hotel's positioning.
- Marketing Performance Storytelling:Prepares for and attends strategic hotel commercial meetings, and corporate hotel reviews.In coordination with Revenue Management,presents outon marketing activity and performance results.
