Job Description:We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist to provide temporary maternity leave coverage from late October through July. The role will focus on
influencer strategy across the Health and Home categories, supporting related marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and support influencer marketing strategies across the Health and Home categories.
- Manage influencer-related initiatives and strategic partnership activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, partners, and external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, talent teams, and external agencies.
- Manage relationships and coordinate deliverables across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Support agency partnerships, including collaboration with agencies such as A Thousand Heads.
- Travel domestically as needed to support events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:- 7–10 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong strategic marketing background.
- Proven experience with contract negotiation.
- Strong experience managing influencer-related initiatives.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with external agencies and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships, deliverables, and priorities.
Location & Travel:- Must be based in New York City.
- Frequent domestic travel may be required to support events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
