    TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN.Job SummaryAt TransCore, we're reinventing how people, goods, and cities move. We operate at the intersection of transportation infrastructure, cloud platforms, data, and AI, powering mission-critical systems used by governments and operators worldwide. As TransCore grows and matures its marketing organization to support evolving products, new markets, and customer engagement initiatives, we are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to play a central, cross-functional role.This position will lead and support work in corporate brand positioning, product storytelling, and regional business objectives, serving as a central communications partner across corporate marketing, product, and regional teams to ensure clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across channels.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic marketer who can balance planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Partner with Product, Regional, and Executive teams to develop and execute integrated corporate marketing and communications efforts.Translate complex products and solutions into clear, customer-focused messaging and content.Partner with cross-organizational stakeholders to develop marketing and sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, white papers, and product briefs.Partner with regional teams and Chief Experience Officer to support market-specific communications, campaigns, and customer engagement efforts.Support planning and execution of corporate and regional events, trade shows, and webinars.Conduct market and competitive research to inform messaging and strategy.Track and report on marketing initiatives using CRM and reporting tools.Maintain marketing processes, templates, and shared resources to support operational efficiency.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or commensurate experience5-10 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or product marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling capability.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Experience developing product messaging, go-to-market content, and sales enablement materials.Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing collaboration tools (Monday.com preferred).Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated strength in developing professional, audience-focused PowerPoint presentations.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
