The Senior Matter Mobility Specialist serves as the operational lead for the firm's Matter Mobility program, ensuring consistent execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Matter Mobility processes. This role provides day-to-day oversight on complex projects, coordinates workflow among team members, and serves as the primary subject matter expert for the movement of client information across approved repositories.
A Day in the Life:The ideal candidate will have experience supporting records management, information governance, legal operations, or a related function within a law firm or professional services environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary/Wage Range:$51,000 - $85,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based salary increases and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
