Industrial Machinery EngineerDesign and refine complex automated industrial machinery. Their culture emphasizes open communication, continuous improvement, and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionLead the redesign and standardization of mechanical platforms for industrial automated machinery.Develop modular, scalable systems optimized for high-throughput production and efficient changeovers.Design mechanical components and assemblies including motion systems, sealing mechanisms, and material handling.Produce detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and complete documentation packages.Apply hygienic design principles suitable for washdown and food-safe environments.Conduct engineering analysis including tolerance stack-ups, material selection, and performance optimization.Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, controls, manufacturing, and service teams.Oversee prototype builds, testing, validation, and continuous design improvements.Support factory and site acceptance testing as required.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
