Senior Mechanical Engineer Cincinnati, OH Direct Hire Role Salary Range Negotiable based on experience Our client, an architectural/engineering firm that supports variety of building/facilities, planning and site development projects for their clients in the Commercial, Education, Government (Local/Municipal, State and Federal), Mixed Use, Retail, and Workplace markets is currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical engineering/design production efforts for their clients projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design and production for projects. Collaborate with directors and PMs to meet scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare design documents for all phases: concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents. Coordinate with teams and manage design integration. Conduct design studies, prepare narratives, calculations, and analyses. Research and select materials and systems. Develop design documents for all phases. Qualifications: BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited U.S. college. PE License in the United States. 10+ years in mechanical/plumbing engineering within A/E consulting. Expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical utilities. Proficiency in REVIT MEP; AutoCAD/Microstation a plus. Experience with HVAC analysis software (Carrier HAP or Trace 700). Familiarity with BIM standards and building codes. Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
