Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop innovative mechanical and electro-mechanical components and subsystems for industrial equipment within a new product development environment. Working as part of a cross-functional team, this role leads critical subsystem design efforts, creating solutions that meet performance, cost, and schedule requirements while delivering lasting competitive advantage.

Work Environment
This role is primarily focused on design and development work, with approximately 90% of time dedicated to engineering design activities. The position supports both industrial and commercial product lines within an environment where products are engineered and manufactured on site, enabling close collaboration between design, development, and manufacturing teams. The work involves modern engineering tools for 3D modeling, layouts, and schematic creation, and includes interaction with cross-functional teams such as industrial design, product development, and operations. The environment emphasizes innovation, new product development, and providing opportunities to contribute to the creation of next-generation industrial equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00/hr.
