The position requires a candidate with a profound understanding of mechanical engineering, armed with leadership qualities and a track record of successful client collaboration, to achieve project excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and oversee mechanical engineering initiatives from inception to final construction.
- Manage project groupings, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
- Engage directly with clients as the central project contact.
- Lead with technical expertise to uphold high engineering standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and auxiliary staff.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across varied projects.
- Maintain adherence to relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years in architectural/engineering consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical infrastructures (such as HVAC, building systems).
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects from design to execution.
- Proven leadership capacity for team oversight and guidance.
- Skilled in multidisciplinary project coordination.
- Strong interpersonal communication and client negotiation abilities.
