Senior Mechanical Engineer

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff, collaborating across engineering disciplines, and working directly with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction completion
• Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various project types
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

REQUIRMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – Required (non-negotiable)
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
  Strong expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, building systems, etc.)
• Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
• Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination
  Excellent communication and client-facing skills
