Statement of Work — Senior Mechanical Engineer - MEP

Responsibilities
- Lead design of HVAC systems from concept to construction documents
- Spearhead business development in Tampa, Virginia, and nearby regions — municipalities and school districts
- Deliver MEP solutions for K-12 schools, universities, healthcare, commercial, government facilities
- Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients, vendors, stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, performance goals
Qualifications
- BS Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- PE license required
- 10+ years consulting engineering or A/E firms
- Proven experience in Revit and MEP construction documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, client relationship skills
- Business development and project management experience
