Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Mud Pump Design
Location: Spring, Texas
Job Summary
Design and develop Mud Pumps and related oilfield equipment.
Perform engineering calculations, stress analysis, FEA, and tolerance stack-up.
Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor.
Support testing, validation, manufacturing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of Mechanical/Machine Design experience.
5+ years of Mud Pump Design & Development experience.
Oil & Gas / Oilfield Equipment experience.
SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor and ANSYS / SolidWorks Simulation.
Hydraulic systems, P&IDs, hydraulic schematics.
Knowledge of API 6A, 7K, 8C and ISO standards.
Experience with stress analysis, tolerance stack-up/GD&T.
