Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Mud Pumps
Location: Spring, TX

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong Mud Pump design and development experience to support oilfield equipment design, analysis, testing, and product development.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in Mud Pump & related equipment design/development
• Strong machine/mechanical design experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor
• FEA experience using ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation
• Engineering calculations, stress analysis, and tolerance stack-up
• Ability to read P&ID, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with API 6A, API 7K, API 8C, ISO/API standards
• Experience with ISO/API Q1 manufacturing
• Hands-on mechanical systems/welding experience preferred
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Mud Pumps and mechanical equipment.
• Perform FEA, stress analysis, and tolerance studies.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and layouts.
• Specify purchased components and support testing/validation.
• Develop test plans and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
  

Target Industries: Oil & Gas, Oilfield Equipment, Drilling Equipment, Mud Pump Manufacturing, Hydraulic Systems, and Heavy Industrial Equipment.
