This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineering professional who is experienced across the full project lifecycle—from concept and pre‑FEED through commissioning and startup. This position will play a key role in managing multi‑discipline engineering efforts, supporting EPCm‑style projects, and ensuring successful project execution across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.ResponsibilitiesSupport industrial capital projects ranging from $1M to $400M in scopeLead and coordinate multi‑discipline teams across feasibility, FEED, detailed design, procurement, and construction phasesProvide technical oversight on mechanical systems including HVAC, hydronics, process piping, plumbing, and exhaust systemsEnsure compliance with applicable codes and standards including ASME, ASME B31.3, and ASHRAEIdentify gaps in engineering deliverables and support front‑end loading and stage‑gate processesCollaborate with project controls and cross‑functional teams to support cost, schedule, and execution alignmentAct as a key liaison between client, subcontractors, and internal teamsSupport scope development, change management, and contract executionAssist in developing project budgets, schedules, and execution plansMonitor project performance and address risks related to cost overruns or delaysLead project status meetings and provide reporting to leadershipPromote quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout project executionSupport business development efforts and help secure additional workRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field8+ years of experience in project engineering within industrial or manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting full project lifecycle (pre‑FEED through commissioning/startup)Strong understanding of the manufacturing of projects and construction of manufacturing facilities (piping, mechanical equipment, etc.)Strong background in MEP systems and vertical constructionProven ability to manage projects and interface directly with clientsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work onsite in an industrial manufacturing setting#J-18808-Ljbffr
