Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in mechanical product development, electro-pneumatic assemblies, SolidWorks, DFM/DFA, and GD&T. The role will support design, prototyping, testing, and development of complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical and electro-pneumatic systems and assemblies.
• Create 3D models, drawings, specifications, and design documentation using SolidWorks.
• Apply DFM/DFA, GD&T, and dimensional tolerancing.
• Support injection-molded plastics, sheet metal, machined components, castings, and other manufacturing processes.
• Develop prototypes and perform design verification, mechanical testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and support engineering projects.

Requirements

• BSME/MSME with 10+ years of mechanical design/product development experience.
• Strong SolidWorks/MCAD experience.
• Experience with electro-pneumatic assemblies, DFM/DFA, and GD&T.
• Experience with injection molding, sheet metal, machining, and complex mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with prototype development and mechanical testing.
• Medical device/medical equipment experience and knowledge of FDA, IEC, and UL standards preferred.
