Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates from design documents, conducting quantity take-offs, analyzing site conditions, and establishing vendor and trade partner relationships. The role requires coordinating with design teams, evaluating constructability, performing value analyses, and managing scope and cost risks.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields, with at least 8 years of estimating experience in MEP systems. Strong communication, project management, and supervisory skills are essential.
The role offers remote work flexibility within the U.S. and involves occasional site visits. The environment includes office, remote, and construction site settings, requiring adherence to safety standards.
