Senior Mechanical Project Design Engineer is an on-site, hands-on role in a design center adjacent to manufacturing, partnering closely with production teams to deliver engineered dredging systems.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Project Design Engineer position include:
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Quarterly bonus based on company financial performance and safety metrics; medical, dental & vision with the company paying a significant portion of premiums (cost varies by plan and family coverage); 401(k) with a company match of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6%; 3 weeks PTO beginning to accrue on the date of hire; benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
