Senior Mechanical Project Manager (MEP) | St. Petersburg, FL | $130K–$150K
We're seeking a proven Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex HVAC / mechanical MEP projects in St. Petersburg, FL. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with strong project management, client leadership, and mechanical design oversight experience across commercial, healthcare, or multifamily projects.
What You'll Do:

Lead full lifecycle MEP projects from concept through construction and closeout

Manage project scope, schedule, budget (P&L), and resource planning

Oversee HVAC system design (air distribution, hydronic systems, ventilation, load calculations)

Serve as primary client contact, driving satisfaction and repeat business

Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams

Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, Florida Building Code, and energy standards

Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration

Mentor engineers and support team development
What We're Looking For:

7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering / HVAC project management (MEP)

Proven success managing large-scale building systems projects

Strong knowledge of HVAC design, codes, and construction processes

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- PE license preferred
