WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Translate complex data into a clear strategic direction and actionable recommendations that drive client growth.

  • Strengthen and evolve how we approach measurement frameworks, attribution, and data storytelling to clearly demonstrate business impact.

  • Lead the tactical and operational management of Paid Search and Paid Social, ensuring flawless execution from setup to continuous optimization.

  • Lead deep-performance analysis and audits to derive insights that directly inform optimization and growth opportunities, particularly for e-commerce outcomes.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the client’s main performance stakeholders, using your expertise to challenge and influence digital investment decisions.

  • Contribute to SEO and organic search thinking where relevant to ensure a unified search strategy.

  • Identify tactical opportunities to improve performance across the full funnel, with a strong focus on ROI and e-commerce KPIs.

  • Mentor junior specialists on performance-driven tactics and foster an environment of continuous learning within the team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ️

  • 4+ years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem, specifically with performance-driven setups.

  • Proven experience working with e-commerce clients and a deep understanding of the performance funnel.

  • Comprehensive hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social. Experience with Programmatic is a strong plus.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data across marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) to drive impact.

  • A strong understanding of attribution and measurement, with the ability to connect technical metrics to broader business impact.

  • A strong collaborator who can plug into existing teams and add value quickly through data-driven insights.

  • Confident in client-facing situations, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to performance-focused stakeholders.

  • Preferably experienced with Google BigQuery and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
