- Office Hours/Work Schedule
- 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday
- 8:00am - noon Friday
- This schedule can be flexed
- Call Schedule/CERP (if applicable)
- 2 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Clinical Staff, 2 Clerical Staff, 1 Case Manager, 1 Office Manager, 1 Medical Office Technician
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Vision Screening
- Practice Expectations (preferred)
- Leadership experience
- OEM Certification
- Worker’s compensation & employer-health experience
- FMCSA NRCME certification
- Ohio BWC
- WILMPAC Panel Physician
- OH DOL
- MRO certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with oversight of hearing conservation programs
- Experience with completion of job-specific occupational medical evaluations
- Experience working collaboratively with safety and employee health departments
- Willingness to collaborate with 2 APP’s
