Salary: $92,000 – $110,000 depending on experience

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, schedules, and budgets
• Lead and coordinate field crews on commercial/industrial electrical projects
• Conduct daily site inspections to enforce safety and quality
• Interface with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors to maintain alignment
• Prepare precise RFIs and change orders; keep documentation audit-ready
• Track labor, materials, and equipment costs to safeguard margins
• Identify and mitigate project risks ahead of impact

What you bring

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience
• Proven wins on projects between $500K and $5M+
• Expertise in electrical construction and MEP coordination
• Background in commercial and/or industrial environments
• Excellent communication and team leadership
• Fluency with PM software; ProCore, Touchplan, or comparable platforms preferred
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
