Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00/hour (weekly pay)
Overtime: $40.50 - $49.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:45pm to 12:15am
Perks: Paid breaks and 10+ hours of overtime available weekly

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This role involves fabricating and welding machine frames and components, reading blueprints, ensuring quality standards, and helping lead fabrication projects. Candidates should have strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities
Fabricate and weld structural steel components and machine frames
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings
Perform MIG welding and precision measurements
Lead and support fabrication, welding, and assembly projects
Train and mentor team members
Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met
Complete required documentation and communicate with supervisors
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications
4+ years of metal fabrication experience
Strong MIG welding skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with fabrication equipment and tools
Commitment to workplace safety
Forklift, overhead crane, and industrial equipment experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
