Your Opportunity
Experienced National Environmental Policy Act(NEPA) planner and environmental planner with ability to write NEPA documents and support projects through the federal environmental permitting processes from constraints analysis/scoping through regulatory consultations to environmental certication (FONSI or ROD). Full-time position reporting to Stantec's Honolulu, HI office. Position is eligible for remote hybrid work arrangement.

Additional Preferred Skills:- Experience with environmental analysis and permitting for military projects (Navy, Marine Corps, Air National Guard, Coast Guard, Air Force, etc.) or projects for other federal government entities on Federally- owned lands.
Support preparation of environmental permit applications with various federal and state agencies for a variety of project types/sizes.
Experience with State of Hawaii Revised Statute Chapter 343
