Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide expert-level support on complex infrastructure assignments and projects, focusing on middleware technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations.
- Participate in the creation of design specifications and the development/application of utility programs.
- Resolve infrastructure compatibility problems as they arise across multiple middleware platforms.
- Work with a variety of middleware technologies, including but not limited to IBM WebSphere, IBM Liberty, IBM HTTP Server, JBoss, EAP, Tomcat, IIS, and Ansible.
- Communicate clearly and thoroughly with peers and leadership regarding project status and any issues or blockers impacting task completion.
- Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and judgment in delivering project initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership within Infrastructure Engineering and contribute to broader business projects.
- Use deep professional knowledge to advise functional leaders.
- Role is remote, operating on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
