Job Summary:This role involves thoroughly testing mobile applications across various platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience, particularly within e-commerce functionalities. You will be responsible for identifying and meticulously documenting any issues found to maintain high-quality standards. Collaboration with development and product teams will be essential for troubleshooting and delivering robust software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute diverse testing strategies, including functional and exploratory.
- Verify complex e-commerce checkout and payment processes.
- Document and track software defects and performance anomalies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve identified issues.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for quality assurance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in mobile application testing.
- Proven ability to test transactional workflows and payment systems.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test case management tools.
Experience in the e-commerce industry, with a focus on mobile transactional journeys, is highly preferred for this position.
