This critical role will involve working in a distributed Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation environment, contributing to MDA Ground Test (GT) events, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) activities, and MDA Flight Test (FT) support. The primary focus will be analyzing the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF), delivering analytical support to MDA's distributed software threat simulation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide M&S framework analysis support for GT events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support.Perform verification of OSF and element configuration settings based on HWIL run data and documentation.Perform the analysis for the integration of current and future software capabilities into OSF.Ensure event data quality and integrity through verification and validation analysis of test data.Develop and run Python tools to support M&S analysis activities.Document and communicate analysis results across interdisciplinary teams.Collaborate with a team of analysts and engineers to ensure the successful execution of test simulation campaigns.Required QualificationsBS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science from an accredited university10+ years' experienceExperience with Modeling and Simulation FrameworksExpertise in areas of Missile Defense data analysis including trajectory, RF/EOIR signatures, environmental effects, or tactical communicationsFamiliarity with Python scripting languageFamiliarity with LinuxAbility to clearly express ideas/concepts, perform as part of a team, and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environmentDisplays excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills and takes a proactive role to ensure that responsibilities are completed on or ahead of scheduleDisplays the ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, and Supporting Contractor personnelAbility to present and explain analytical information in front of varied audiencesDesired QualificationsKnowledge of the HWIL architecture infrastructure, including truth presentation utilizing Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) adapter, and/or Ground Test Integrated System Simulation (GTISS) adapterKnowledge of the HWIL architecture infrastructure truth presentation to the element models (SMHR, signatures, environment)Familiarity with data analysis libraries in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)Familiarity with Network Systems Integration and Test Environment (NSITE)Familiarity with MDA Ground Test CONOPSTravel: 0-10%ClearanceActive DoD Top Secret security clearance is required; Top Secret clearance is desired.KODA Technologies Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, status as a parent, national origin, disability (physical or mental), family medical history or genetic information, political affiliation, military service, or other non-merit based factors.
