Arcus FM are currently recruiting a dedicated Multi‑Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team, ensuring our mechanical, electrical, and fabric infrastructure is well‑maintained, compliant, and responsive to the needs of our site based client in North West London.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary - £50,000 per annum
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings
Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance
As Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you will:
Deliver both planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services across our clients portfolio using CAFM systems and handheld devices
As a key part of the team, you'll ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency in all engineering operations, whilst upholding high standards in alignment with company values.
