A bit about us:

Our client is an established builder/developer constructing high-quality multifamily communities in the Orlando market. This is a senior field leadership opportunity on a major ground-up project requiring an experienced Superintendent who can independently manage complex structural and multifamily construction.

Job Details

• 10+ years of commercial/multifamily construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent / Lead Superintendent / General Superintendent.
• Must have independently run large-scale ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience with wrap-style multifamily construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple-story residential construction with a structured parking garage.
• Strong understanding of structural sequencing, subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead a complex project from structure through completion.
• Strong communication and field leadership skills.

Highly Preferred

• 300+ unit multifamily project experience.
• Precast/prestressed concrete parking garage experience.
• Experience with cast-in-place concrete construction.
• Experience with tilt-up concrete construction.
• Elevated or rooftop pool/amenity deck experience.
• Luxury or high-end multifamily experience.
• Experience managing large crane/precast erection operations.
• Procore experience.
