Ring and Blink are seeking an experienced sales professional with AI expertise to drive retail growth. You"ll work cross-functionally with retailers and internal teams to strengthen our market position and drive strategic growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • General sales account management for large to small retail accounts; escalate to leadership on key issues and proactively plan towards and communicate on business milestones.
  • Own the transition planning, promotional strategy and marketing planning across retailers.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to analyze sales data, predict market trends, and optimize inventory management across retail channels while fostering retail relationships
  • Partner with internal teams on strategic business planning, including channel marketing, inventory forecasting and sales operations to effectively grow our retailer accounts.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled customer behavior analytics to optimize product placement and promotional strategies, creating business cases for expanded SKU count with retail partners.
  • Collaborate with account managers on best practices; iterate on approaches while measuring impact, in order to intelligently drive growth initiatives.
  • Help develop, implement, and measure repeatable account management frameworks and/or approaches built to drive Retailer KPIs, utilizing AI technology to streamline processes and inefficient mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to develop and maintain AI models for pricing optimization and competitive analysis
  • Maintain and grow our retailer relationships and helping drive strategies to grow our retailers businesses
