About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET + Azure Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack and modern Azure architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, architectural knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full lifecycle application development, including researching technical options, evaluating solutions, and developing proof-of-concepts.
  
• Determine optimal solutions for architecture, efficiency, maintainability, scalability, and performance in collaboration with developers and architects.
  
• Collaborate with Product Management to develop product roadmaps and ensure objectives are realistic and achievable.
  
• Work closely with Principal Engineers and offshore development teams to create and implement solution designs aligned with architectural standards.
  
• Design and develop modern, scalable applications using .NET and Microsoft Azure technologies.
  
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
  
• Participate in code reviews to ensure deliverables follow established coding standards and best practices.
  
• Apply a shift-left mindset by identifying and addressing technical issues early in the development lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, own technical problems, and drive solutions from concept through implementation.
  
• Contribute to CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for Azure infrastructure deployment.
  
• Design and implement solutions using modern architecture and distributed-system patterns.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of .NET software development experience building web-based applications.
  
• OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
