Senior .NET Core Developer

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled .NET Core Developer with healthcare industry experience to design, develop, and support scalable web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions. The successful candidate should have strong expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and healthcare workflows, with the ability to deliver secure, high-performance applications that meet regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Integrate applications with healthcare systems and third-party platforms.
• Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Expertise in Web API development and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and security standards.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, Claims, Provider, Member, Enrollment, or Clinical applications.
• Knowledge of Healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and EDI transactions.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to cloud-native application development and monitoring tools.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
