QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of experience in .NET application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server and database development.
  • Experience developing modern front-end applications using React.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven messaging.
  • Experience working with Docker or Kubernetes in containerized environments.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work full onsite in Dallas, TX.
  • Must be willing to complete a Glider technical assessment prior to submission.
  • Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
  • Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using React.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Integrate applications using Kafka or RabbitMQ messaging platforms.
  • Deploy and manage applications using Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
