Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications using Client technologies, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions in an Agile environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing cloud-native applications, implementing microservices architectures, driving development best practices, mentoring team members, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Lead the development of large, complex software features while ensuring maintainability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Perform and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.
• Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing strategies to maintain software quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Support DevOps initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and software development lifecycle practices.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience leading small to mid-sized development teams.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and implementing .NET applications running in Docker/Kubernetes environments on Azure Cloud.
• Strong experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum/SAFe environments.
• Proven expertise in software design patterns, secure coding practices, and application architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native application design and modernization initiatives.
• Experience implementing enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
• Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and application optimization.
• Azure certifications are highly desirable.
